Organization Management: Group
Step 1: Access https://coursemind.io/organization
Step 2: Choose an organization
Step 3: Select Group icon on the toolbar.
1. Create Group
Step 1: Press [Create Group]
Press the [Create Group] button to create a group of members for your organization.
Step 2: Enter Group Name
Step 3: Press [Create]
Press [Create] to complete creating a group of members in your organization.
The system will display a list of groups in your organization with information including Group Name, Number of Members, Added at, and Actions (Edit/Delete).
2. Edit Group
Step 1: Select Group
Press [Edit] in the Actions section of the Group you want to edit.
Step 2: Edit Group
Enter the information you want to edit.
Step 3: Save
Press [Save] to update the group.
3. Delete Group
Step 1: Select Delete Group
Press [Delete] in the Action section of the group you want to delete.
Step 2: Confirm
Press [Confirm] to confirm the deletion of the group.
4. Add members to a Group
Step 1: Access the [Member] section on the toolbar.
Step 2: Choose Member
Checkmark the members you want to add to the group.
Step 3: Add to Group
Click [Add to Group]
Select the group you want to add members to.
Step 4: Finish
Press the [Add] button to add members to the group.
